What will happen to my old car?
When filing for bankruptcy, your vehicle can be reaffirmed or surrender. If surrendered, BK Car Education USA will notify the lien holder of your old vehicle for you and arrange to have your old vehicle picked up, while we simultaneously get you into a new vehicle.
Are there any fees?
We are fee-free! Always have been, always will be.
Will a new auto loan affect my credit score?
Installment credit plays a massive role in FICO scores. A new auto loan will benefit your credit score in a significantly positive way after filing.
What if I already have an attorney?
That's great! We can work directly with your attorney to help surrender your old vehicle and get you into a new vehicle same day of filing. Give us a call and so we can start the work for you.
Do I need to pick up my new vehicle?
No, we deliver your vehicle right to your front door for free.
Is BK Car Education USA a law firm?
